静态路由BFD单跳单向检测的配置命令行

今天完成的组网结构很简单，两台设备（R1和R2）经过1号线路、二层设备和2号线路进行连接。原先如果有缺省路由，则应该删除，否则报错已配置缺省路由。echo报文最小接受时间间隔和会话检测系数分别为200和7。

下面是R2的的全部配置命令行：
